To ensure you enjoy it light, crisp, and flavorful, we’ve designed our pickup and delivery experience with quality as the priority.
Pickup
For the freshest and crispiest experience, we encourage self-collection whenever possible.

Specific Closure date: CNY 15 to 18 Feb 2026. Open on 19 Feb 2026 (1pm onwards)
We recommend collecting your order as close to the ready time as possible for optimal texture and freshness.
Self-collection orders will be held for up to 1 hour from the ready time. After that, food quality may naturally decline due to heat and moisture retention.
Delivery
To preserve the texture and freshness of our Panizza™, delivery coverage is intentionally limited.

Delivery slots are limited and may be paused on certain days to maintain quality. Thank you for your understanding as we grow sustainably.
🍕 Delivery Timing
Unless a specific time slot is selected during checkout, delivery is typically completed within 1 hour from preparation.
While we always strive to be punctual, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as:

Peak-hour traffic

Rider availability

Road conditions
We appreciate your understanding that refunds cannot be provided for delays caused by these external factors. Our team will always do our best to assist where possible.
🍕 Delivery Attempts & Access
Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the number provided.
If you request your order to be left at the door, we can do so. However, this is not recommended for food quality and safety reasons and will be at the customer’s own risk.
If the rider is unable to reach you or access the location after multiple attempts, the order may need to be:

Returned to the kitchen, or

Discarded (if food safety is compromised)
In such cases, refunds cannot be provided as the food has been freshly prepared and dispatched.
No action will be taken without prior attempts to contact you.

For optimal enjoyment:

Consume within 1 hour of pickup or delivery

If storing, refrigerate and reheat properly
Reheating Tip (Recommended)

Preheat oven or air-fryer to 180–200°C

Reheat for 3–5 minutes until the crust regains its crispness

Avoid microwaving, as it may affect texture
