All orders must be fully paid before preparation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if:

5. Delivery / Self-Collection

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary.
We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, third-party riders, etc.).

6. Customer Responsibility at Delivery

Customers must ensure:

correct delivery address
recipient availability
reachable contact number
Items left at door upon request are at customer’s risk.

7. No Resale

Our products are for personal consumption only, unless express approval for resale is granted.

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the order amount paid.
We are not responsible for food quality degradation after the product leaves our premises (e.g., due to heat exposure, reheating method, delay in collection).
